Caramelized onion confit

Caramelized onions cooked just like at home, with a little maple syrup and strawberries! Delicious with cheese, pâtés, rillettes, grilled meats, hamburgers, etc. Delicious on a warm brie or in an grilled cheese with Emmental cheese.

Ingredients: Onions, red wine vinegar, sugars (maple syrup, sugar), strawberries, blueberries, lemon juice, salt, canola oil, olive oil, turmeric, cayenne.
