Acceptance
By placing an order on this website, you accept the terms and conditions listed below.
Price
All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are automatically added at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify the price of products offered on the site at any time, without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund payment.
Payment
We use Shopify Pay as our payment service provider.
Inventory
As the items we sell are mainly made by craftsmen, our inventory may not be able to meet your requirements from time to time. We reserve the right to substitute a product that you have chosen.
Free delivery
Free shipping is offered for orders of $90 or more before taxes in Quebec and Ontario (except remote areas). Free delivery does not apply to orders exceeding the size and weight of a standard parcel; delivery charges will then be automatically calculated by our website based on your order.
Delivery
La Grande Gourmandise awaits full payment of the order before proceeding with delivery.
All orders are prepared and shipped from the province of Quebec in Canada. We deal with several service providers for delivery, depending on the shipping location of the order, its format and weight, at our sole discretion.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the service provider can either leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel from a drop-off point, or leave the item on your doorstep, at your sole risk.
Delivery within Canada and the USA only, unless otherwise agreed.
If you require delivery outside this area, please contact us to check costs.
Delivery times
Delivery is usually made within 4 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery to remote locations may take up to 10 working days, depending on the carrier's terms.
Please note that La Grande Gourmandise cannot guarantee delivery times as this is the responsibility of the delivery services.
Delivery times are purely indicative and any delays in delivery do not entitle the purchaser to claim partial or total reimbursement or damages.
Order cancellation
You can cancel a "pending" order within 24 hours of placing it, by contacting us by e-mail and providing us with your order number. After 24 hours, it is no longer possible to cancel an order.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Please check your order after receipt. Exchanges and returns will only be accepted within three days of delivery in the case of breakage or manifest error on the part of La Grande Gourmandise.
Delivery service handling is not considered a defective product.
Delivery charges are never refundable.
Modifications
La Grande Gourmandise reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at any time. La Grande Gourmandise will provide notice of changes to the Privacy Policy by posting a notice on its website.
