Érablière Escuminac is located in Escuminac in the Baie-des-Chaleurs region of the Gaspé Peninsula. This century-old maple grove boasts several 400-year-old maple trees. Martin Malenfant's aim is to produce quality syrup with the utmost respect for the environment, in harmony with nature. As early as 1998, the maple syrup producer implemented a strict management plan for his maple grove and high production standards. In 2006, he finally received his organic certification.

Extra rare organic maple syrup 200ml 
This clear syrup is an exceptional syrup, with velvety, silky textures. Golden in color with luminous highlights, it is the most delicate syrup in the range. It is produced in very small quantities, exclusively with sap harvested during the first sap runs (only the first 3 days of the season!). 

Great Harvest Organic Maple Syrup 200ml 
Light on the palate, this Grade A medium syrup has a deep, intense golden color. It comes exclusively from mature trees, giving it herbaceous, slightly buttery and vegetal notes. Perfectly balanced, it's an everyday syrup. 

Late-harvest organic maple syrup 200ml
An intense syrup produced at the end of the harvest. With its intense dark golden color, it is deeply flavorful. With its notes of rye, caramel and roasted sugar, it's perfect for cooking, simmering and baking.
