3 x 80g: Terrine aux 2 poivres, Terrine à la Jean-Eudes and Terrine à la persillade (best before: February 2026)

3 guinea fowl terrines and rillettes from a family farm in Centre-du-Québec. Ideal for aperitifs, picnics or quick meals on a slice of farmhouse bread. Our suggestion: try them with fruit jelly! Refrigerate 2 hours before serving and remove 15 minutes before serving.
3 x 80g: Cognac & Fine Herbs Terrine, Cranberry & Maple Syrup Terrine and Ice Cider & Blond Liver Rillettes
As guinea fowl are real gourmets, they gorge themselves naturally, which is what creates the blond liver. This addition adds a very creamy texture to the rillettes.
