A classic of Scandinavian gastronomy. La pincée Scandinave is the perfect blend for melting, creamy salmon with subtle aniseed aromas. Easy to use, the dosage is right in the jar. You can use the blend with trout, salmon and Arctic char. As an appetizer, Gravlax can be enjoyed thinly sliced on fine crackers with a dash of dill sauce, or as a main meal accompanied by your best potato gratin, fine pickles and a crisp salad.
