Block of duck foie gras 120 g Les Canardises 
Pure foie gras from free-range ducks raised to animal welfare standards, prepared using traditional methods. Enjoy with gingerbread, a slice of toasted brioche bread or crackers. You can add fleur de sel and accompany it with onion confit or fruit jelly. It will delight all gourmets. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Can be kept for 3-6 days in the fridge after opening, but it's best to eat it the same day for extra flavor.

Ground cherry and maple jelly 190 ml Les Zempotés
